2. Usage

3. Notice
a. The unit of felt density is g / cm3. The density of the felt can affect its properties, if the density is too large its flexibility will lose, if the density is too small its wear ability will lose. The thickness of the felt and the wool also can affect its properties. The customers can accord need to choose the appropriate one.
b. We accord the wool thickness, felt density, color, mightiness, elongate and capillary to divide the felt into special and general. Our products can be divided into the following options: T112;112 ;122 and dyed felt .

4. About felt code
a. The felt technical number consists of five digits. The first digit instead of color; second is raw materials; third are size; fourth and fifth are density. "T" stands for special felt, such as: T112-41, which referring especially white felt, and the density is 0.41 g / cm3; 122-32 referring to a white semi-rough felt and the density is 0.32 g / cm 3 ;T112-32~44 means fine white felt and the density of 0.32 g / cm3 ~0.44 g / cm3; T112-41--8mm x 1000mm x 1000mm means white wool felt and the density is 0.41 g / cm3, the thickness is 8 mm, width is 1000 mm, length is 1000mm.
b. When the customers order the products, they only need know the code is enough. The felt fitting o provide information on drawings too. Special need is also available.
